Registering Booth Personnel


Please note: The CAHF Annual Convention and Expo will have NO onsite registration. You MUST register online prior to Nov. 11. Once registered, you will be sent a link to upload proof of vaccination to our SafeExpo portal. No exemptions, exceptions or substitutions accepted.

To complete your registration process, you will need to read and acknowledge the COVID waiver.

CAHF will require that all conference attendees be fully vaccinated against COVID-19, there will be no exceptions. Documentation must be uploaded prior to November 11th, onsite verification will not be possible. 


Vaccinated Participants:  If you are fully vaccinated or will be by October 31, 2021, please upload your proof of vaccination documents no later than November 11, 2021. Fully vaccinated means 14 days have passed since your final shot. 


After your vaccination documentation has been verified, you will receive an approval email from Safe Expo. If you do not receive an email confirmation within 1-2 business days from the time you uploaded, you may return to the SafeExpo portal and re-enter the email address you originally used and your confirmation will appear if you have been approved. You may also want to check your spam folder for the approval.

Visit, login, then click your name in the upper right corner to access your Member Dashboard. Once there, look under Exhibitor Management for reservation status according to the schedule below.  If reservation status indicates booth may be selected, click on the words "Exhibitor Dashboard" to access the exhibitor portal.  If you do not have a login, click the “register” button to create an account. It’s easy!

Cancellation Policy 

Notification of booth space cancellation or reduction of space must be made in writing. Notice of cancellation should be emailed to Sherry Hall at Any cancellation or reduction of booth space for ANY reason is subject to the following refund schedule and terms: 



On or before September 24, 2021 $150 administrative fee
September 25 to October 15, 2021 50% of total booth cost
October 16 to November 16, 2021 100% of total booth cost*




* There will be no refunds for exhibitors who, for any reason, do not exhibit at the 2021 CAHF Expo and have not submitted a written request prior to the deadlines outlined above. In the event the expo is cancelled by CAHF, full refunds will be issued.
