Getting your CEs from the 2020 CAHF Annual Convention & Expo
Registrants who watched any session during Nov. 17-19 must have completed the quiz and evaluation for each session that they participated in by Nov. 30 at 5:00 p.m. to obtain CE credit; otherwise they will have to re-watch each session in its entirety to obtain access to the quiz, evaluation and credits. A 70% is required to pass the quiz.
Beginning Dec. 1 by noon, ALL 2020 Annual Convention & Expo sessions will be available to registrants in the QCHF Learning Center. Registrants will have access to the sessions, quizzes, evals and CE credits until Jan. 15 at 5:00 p.m. After that date, access to the sessions will no longer be available.
Quizzes, Evaluations and CE Certificates are all located on your Membership Dashboard
Accessing your Member Dashboard:
Your username is the email address provided upon registration
To login to your member dashboard, click here
Click on your name, which appears in the upper right-hand corner next to the login button
Accessing your Quizzes:
In your member dashboard
Under “Events” click on “QCHF Learning Center”
Choose November Annual session
Find the quiz that corresponds to the presentation and start the quiz
After you complete the quiz, return to your member dashboard to fill out the evaluation form (see below)
Instruction for obtaining your CE certificate:
Under “Evaluations and Certificates” click on “Training Evaluation”
Find the evaluation that corresponds to the completed session
Go back to “Evaluations and Certificates”
Click on “Credits Earned Transcript” and print your CE certificate

In your member dashboard Under “Events” click on “QCHF Learning Center” Choose November Annual session Click “Begin Course” Select the session you wish to view and click the play button Please note: The presentation slides can be accessed by clicking the “Resources” button at the top right-hand corner of the page
