QCHF's Vaccination Policy
QCHF’s top priority for all in-person meetings is the safety
and welfare of our attendees.
All registrants of QCHF in-person meetings will be required
to provide proof of COVID-19 vaccination or documentation of a negative
COVID-19 PCR test* within 72 hours, or a negative antigen test within 24 hours,
on-site before entering the meeting space. All individuals in attendance must agree to
abide by any prevention or safety measures that QCHF, event venue, local county
health department, the State of California or Center for Disease Control may
have in place during the event. QCHF
continues to encourage wearing masks during indoor events except while eating
or public speaking.
Save time now, and upload your vax card! QCHF now has the
ability to let you upload and store your vaccination card with our partner
Zipline. Please follow this link to upload yours now!
There will be no exemptions granted for any reason. Attendees that do not provide proof of
COVID-19 vaccination, or provide documentation of a negative COVID-19 PCR test
within 72-hours or a negative antigen test within 24 hours, will not be admitted.
We will continually review this policy and may make changes
at any time as circumstances dictate or allow.
Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
