CAHF statewide meetings - held three times a year - as well as QCHF educational seminars draw a wide variety of long-term care professionals including administrators, owners, DONs, DSDs, dietary specialists, human resource generalists and social service professionals. Each of these professionals require continuing education to keep their licenses up-to-date and their professional skills honed.
About CAHF & QCHF
The California Association of Health Facilities (CAHF) is a statewide professional association for long-term care providers throughout California. The Quality Care Health Foundation (QCHF) is the educational arm of the Association, offering seminars, conferences and web-based education for licensed professionals in long- term health care. Additionally, QCHF administers a number of workforce and employment grants for health care workers.
CAHF & QCHF are looking for qualified presenters. All completed presentation proposals will be reviewed to determine which best meet the needs of our audience at any given time. A proposal might not fit an immediate need, but will be kept on file for future opportunities. CAHF & QCHF use presentations ranging from one-hour to multiple days.
