Submission Timeframe

Avoid late fees-submit your application at least 60 days in advance.

• 55 days or more before the event: Standard submission timeframe.
• 54 days or fewer before the event: Late submission; subject to late fees or denial.

These timeframes apply to requests for 1-3 CE hours. Requests for 4 or more CE hours require earlier submission. Contact the QCHF Continuing Education Coordinator cmerced@cahf.org for your specific deadline.

Fees Effective January 2026

• $279 – Standard fee for 1-3 CE hours, submitted at least 55 days before the vent.
• $50 – Per additional CE hour requested for the same training.
• No additional fee – BRN credit when NAB CE is requested.

Additional Fees

• $100 – Late fee for applications submitted 47-54 days before the vent.
• $650 – Late fee for applications submitted 46 days or fewer before the event.
• $50 – Fee for changing training location after the original request is submitted but before the scheduled event.
