Sexual Harassment Prevention Training

California law requires all employers of 5 or more employees to provide 1 hour of sexual harassment and abusive conduct prevention training to nonsupervisory employees and 2 hours of sexual harassment and abusive conduct prevention training to supervisors and managers once every two years. The law requires the training to include practical examples of harassment based on gender identity, gender expression, and sexual orientation. This webinar will help participants meet the requirements of the law, AND it will help to create a respectful work environment. Not only will employees, managers, supervisors and owners learn about harassment and what to do about it, they will also gain skills to engage in civil, respectful behaviors at work. After all, civility is the key to harassment prevention.
