PLEASE NOTE: The SOS: Survey Outcomes and Solutions 2023 is being held virtual and has been split into a four part class for your convenience. Survey Outcomes and Solutions will take place live in real time. All attendees will be expected to be on camera. Registrants will be sent an access and materials link.

Attendees must be individually logged into the event on their own device for the entire presentation to receive continued education (CE) hours and certificate.

Description:
This eight-hour course is designed specifically to take your team to the next level of survey competencies and preparedness to meet the challenges of the ever-changing regulatory landscape. The course will cover best practices and solution for: Survey preparedness, survey trends, survey management during real time surveys, risk management and reviewing, responding to and tracking your 2567 findings.

Topics Include:
Tools and resources to upskill your survey preparedness competencies.
How to manage their own survey findings, what the top survey finding are and best practices.
Managing risks of survey outcomes and solutions.

CE Hours (Requested):
Registrants must be logged in individually for all four days from 9:00AM - 11:00AM each date listed to receive CE hours (NHAP 8 and BRN - 8).

Virtual training experiences will happen in real time on the date and time advertised. They will require a Wi-Fi connection, a laptop/computer and/or a smartphone. For the best experience, we highly encourage you to participate in a distraction-free environment.

BOARD REFUND POLICY: In order to receive a refund, Cancellations for QCHF/CAHF classes must be made five (5) business days (Monday-Friday) prior to the beginning of the course. Cancellations must be in writing to cmerced@cahf.org. Transfer of registration is done ONLY if notified in writing prior to the start of the class.
