The PDPM Academy will cover all the AHCA Toolkits for PDPM facility readiness i.e. PDPM Core Competencies, Transitioning from RUGs to PDPM, ICD-10 crosswalk, SNF Benefit, SNF Programs and Interactions with PDPM and will involve attendees in case studies and the use of the AHCA toolkits.
Attendees of PDPM Academy Day 1; will be granted access all the AHCA PDPM webinars and monthly support calls in addition to any updated toolkits.
Attendees of PDPM Academy Day 2 - Medicare Matrix; will cover ICD-10 coding, MDS Section GG, as well as updates to QRP, VBP, PBJ Best Practices, Managed Care Contracts and PDPM and Managing Therapy Provider contracts.
Class hours DAY ONE: 8:00 am - 3:00 pm. Check-in begins at 7:30 am

Pre-Requisite Webinars
In order for the in-person training to be effective and meaningful, it is imperative that you watch a series of webinars in advance. PDPM Academy Trainers will assume you and your team have watched these six pre-recorded webinars to ensure you have foundational PDPM knowledge for a hands-on workshop experience. These pre-recorded webinars are in short increments so Academy participants may watch as they have time rather than watching a single long webinar.

You can access the Pre-Requisite Webinars at https://educate.ahcancal.org/p/pdpmpre-reqs. Login using your AHCA username and password to access (same one you use for www.ahcancal.org) . Any issues with login can be directed to educate@ahca.org for assistance.
PDPM Academy is presented by CAHF in collaboration with AHCA. All individuals registered for the academy will be granted
access to training updates, monthly webinars and webinars shared through the AHCA PDPM Academy as they become
available.
PDPM Academy Refund Policy: Cancellations for the PDPM Academy must be made ten (10) business days prior
to the day of the event in order to receive a refund. Cancellation must be in writing to cmerced@cahf.org or via FAX at
916-446-4454. Transfer of registration is done ONLY if notified in writing prior to the start of class.
