Description:
The presentation will discuss the Tags 803 and 804 and how to improve the quality of meal production and menus

Participants will understand the menu development requirements as per regulation, be able to manage, train and implement menus with a greater capacity of knowledge. Taking into account the food quality, the appearance, taste and temperatures and have a complete understanding of cultural preferences as well as food preferences and how the menus need to reflect those preferences.

BOARD REFUND POLICY: In order to receive a refund, cancellations for QCHF/CAHF classes must be made five (5) business days prior to the beginning of the course. Cancellations must be in writing to cmerced@cahf.org or via FAX at 916-446-4454. Transfer of registration is done ONLY if notified in writing prior to the start of the class.
