Description:
The presentation will discuss the Tags 803 and 804 and how to improve the quality of meal production and menus. Participants will understand the menu development requirements as per regulation, be able to manage, train and implement menus with a greater capacity of knowledge. Taking into account the food quality, the appearance, taste and temperatures and have a complete understanding of cultural preferences as well as food preferences and how the menus need to reflect those preferences.
CEs Requested: (1 CE hour) Both NHAP and BRN; Expiration: 05/26/2024
BOARD REFUND POLICY: In order to receive a refund, cancelations for QCHF/CAHF classes must be made five (5) business days prior to the beginning of the course. Cancelations must be in writing to cmerced@cahf.org. Transfer of registration is done ONLY if notified in writing prior to the start of the class.
