This session is designed to provide practical guidance on reducing Foodborne illness for your residents, how to determine the needs of your Food and Nutrition Department.
Food safety is important for everyone—but it’s especially important for your Residents. This session is designed to provide practical guidance on how to determine the needs of your Food and Nutrition Department and reduce your risk of Foodborne illness. In addition, you will learn how everyone in the kitchen can be survey ready at all times. The session will provide tips on how to think like a surveyor and how to be comfortable during the survey process.
BOARD REFUND POLICY: In order to receive a refund, cancellations for QCHF/CAHF classes must be made five (5) business days prior to the beginning of the course. Cancellations must be in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org or via FAX at 916-446-4454. Transfer of registration is done ONLY if notified in writing prior to the start of the class.
