Description:

The second webinar in the Dietary Services Project will look into the number 1 deficiency cited in skilled nursing facility state surveys. The presenter will discuss the best practices to reduce F812 citations.

  • Understand what actions result in F812 citation.
  • How best to prevent your facility from receiving the #1 deficiency in CA.
  • What resources are available through the Dietary Services Project to improve survey results.

CEs Requested: (1 CE hour) Both NHAP and BRN; Expiration: 05/26/2024
