Description:
The second webinar in the Dietary Services Project will look into the number 1 deficiency cited in skilled nursing facility state surveys. The presenter will discuss the best practices to reduce F812 citations.
- Understand what actions result in F812 citation.
- How best to prevent your facility from receiving the #1 deficiency in CA.
- What resources are available through the Dietary Services Project to improve survey results.
