Why You Should Register for QCHF's DSD 24-Hour Training:
CDPH knows us and has worked with us for 25+ years. They know the education and product we provide is exceptional, and we have never had any complaints from the department.

We review and update our DSD program every year and include items we feel are important to any DSD, whether they are new or have been a DSD for 20 years.

This is what QCHF does: our goal and mission is to produce valuable and needed education to the long-term care profession.

We help attendees with forms, Title 22, and teaching tools, and train them to teach to adult learners.

We provide a resource page that is only accessible to a DSD that goes to this training - everything from scheduling, to time management, to filing systems is included.

Topics Covered:
Characteristics of the Adult Learner
Elements of an Instructional Objective
CNA Training Requirements in Long-Term Care Facilities
Instructional Methods for Preparing and Presenting Lesson Plans
Teacher Behaviors that Affect Student Classroom Interaction
