How to be proactive during a survey when a deficiency is identified. 

Module 3: Infection Control Prevention in Food Service
Infection Control Prevention in Food Service for your residents.  How to keep residents and employees safe.

Module 4: It is All about the food F803 & F804
The presentation will discuss the Tags 803 and 804 and how to improve the quality of meal production and menus.
