Visitor & Safety Management

CAHF's top priority for all in-person meetings is the safety and welfare of our attendees.

All registrants of CAHF in-person meetings will be required to provide proof of COVID-19 vaccination or documentation of a negative COVID-19 PCR test* within 72 hours, or a negative antigen test within 24 hours, on-site before entering the meeting space. All individuals in attendance must agree to abide by any prevention or safety measures that CAHF, event venue, local county health department, the State of California or Center for Disease Control may have in place during the event. CAHF continues to encourage wearing masks during indoor events except while eating or public speaking.

Save time now, and upload your vax card! CAHF now has the ability to let you upload and store your vaccination card with our partner Zipline. Please follow this link to upload yours now!

There will be no exemptions granted for any reason. Attendees that do not provide proof of COVID-19 vaccination, or provide documentation of a negative COVID-19 PCR test within 72 hours, or a negative antigen test within 24 hours, will not be admitted.

We will continually review this policy and may make changes at any time as circumstances dictate or allow.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

*The following is acceptable for proof of negative COVID-19 test and results: PCR and antigen tests, including rapid tests, are all acceptable. Test results must be from a test provider or laboratory and show the patient’s name, type of test performed, date of test and negative test result. Acceptable proof of a negative COVID-19 viral test result: a printed document (from the test provider or laboratory) showing test result or an electronic test result (email, text message, or mobile application record) displayed on attendee’s phone or mobile device. Self-administered rapid tests are not acceptable.

BOARD REFUND POLICY: In order to receive a refund, cancellations for CAHF/QCHF events must be made five (5) business days (Monday-Friday) prior to the beginning of the meeting. Cancellations must be in writing to rrabena@cahf.org. Transfer of registration is done ONLY if notified in writing prior to the start of the meeting.

PHOTOGRAPH POLICY: By registering for this event, you give permission to CAHF, or parties acting on behalf of CAHF, to take your photo, video, or other media and acknowledge that these photos, videos, or other media may be used by CAHF for any purpose related to its mission including educational and promotional uses.
