These needs cover issues such as regulatory compliance, the Medicare reimbursement system, professional conferences, certification courses, and tools for hands-on management in long-term care facilities.

Topics for all QCHF programs are developed through membership needs assessment data, changes in state and federal regulations, and access to rapidly changing developments in the delivery system of long-term care facilities.

QCHF also provides valuable educational products for long-term care providers. For products not available through QCHF, please see our references to other publication providers.
