Evaluation
Participants’ progress throughout the two-year course of study will be evaluated periodically by our Advisory Committee based on a comparison of QI data and annual satisfaction (consumers and staff) surveys and written status reports regarding their independent study, individual project and how they’ve incorporated the information they’ve learned regarding leadership principals, culture change and end-of-life decision-making into their facility or company.
My InnerView - In order to have a consistent evaluation, the staff and consumer satisfaction surveys must be conducted using the My InnerView survey tools. The surveys must be conducted at the beginning of the Academy, at the conclusion of the first year and at the conclusion of the second year. This cost will be the responsibility of the facility.
