CAHF Leadership Academy

At the conclusion of the two-year program, the Advisory Committee will review the attendees’ survey data, independent study projects and written reports to ensure the program requirements have been met. Graduates of the program will receive a Certificate of Graduation from the LTC Leadership Academy and will be invited to attend a graduation ceremony at CAHF’s Annual Convention.
