High School Athletes Bond with Seniors
Residents of Stonebrook Heathcare Center, a skilled nursing
facility in Concord, California, recently created a Fan Club for
athletes at Concord High School. Special bonds and new
relationships have been created among multiple generations
as a result of this community effort.
