The LTC Leadership Academy is a program of the California Association of Health Facilities designed to assist long-term care professionals in developing the skills they need to lead their companies and the profession itself in a culture change revolution. The Academy was launched in September 2006 with grant support from the California HealthCare Foundation, which is based in Oakland, California.
