At the conclusion of the two-year program, the Advisory Committee will review the attendees’ independent study projects and written reports to ensure the program requirements have been met.

Graduates of the program will receive a Certificate of Graduation from the LTC Leadership Academy and will be invited to attend a graduation ceremony at CAHF’s Annual Convention.
