Participants’ progress throughout the two-year course of study will be evaluated periodically by our Advisory Committee based on consumer and staff satisfaction surveys and written status reports regarding their independent study, individual project and how they’ve incorporated the information they’ve learned regarding leadership principals, culture change and end-of-life decision-making into their facility or company.
